What we do
We specialise in bringing together insights into behaviour and
social and market trends around new media, technologies and services
in order to enable organisations to make informed decisions about strategy,
product and service design, branding and marketing.
Rather than merely presenting
insights, we stress the importance of working together with clients and knowing
the markets within which they operate in order to find out what is important to
them and so make relevant and grounded recommendations.
We employ a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods,
draw upon a range of disciplines, and collaborate with top commercial
and academic organizations. We have a particular interest in mobile
technologies and services, visual media, and developing qualitative
research techniques such as around ethnography.
